Data Virtualization
Managers can view, search, and filter queries that were run in the
service.
About this task
In Data Virtualization, you can virtualize remote data sources so that
data can remain remote while it is accessed through a single framework. For example, you can
virtualize tables across different remote databases, and you can run queries that can join these
tables.
The Queries tab of the Cache
management page provides an aggregated list of queries that ran in Data Virtualization on a specific time range.
Procedure
To manage data queries, follow these steps.
- Specify a time range to get a list of queries.
By specifying a time range, you
can drill down the number of queries and find queries that are of interest to you.

overview of query performance.
The query bar chart provides details about the
responsiveness and execution time of the query. Additionally, you can compare queries that are using
a cache and queries that are not using a cache.
- To view the statement of a query, click View query.
- To create a cache from a query, click and
follow steps 5 - 7 in Adding data
